EVENT DETAILS
Here are a few important details to make your evening seamless and enjoyable:
Parking: General parking is available on-site.
Reception: Begins at 6:00 PM with a jazz reception, passed hors d’oeuvres, and complimentary champagne.
Ballroom Doors: Open at 7:00 PM. Our hostesses will guide you to your tables.
Tables: To accommodate our sold-out crowd of 250 guests, all tables are set for 10.
Coat Check: Available for your convenience.
Bar: No-host bar; tickets will be sold with all proceeds supporting Performing Stars.
Dinner & Entertainment: Enjoy hearty soul food appetizers along with a spectacular lineup of live entertainment, including cabaret and circus acts. Later, dance the night away to live R&B music!
